About Us

Schools need support from people who understand the pressure, complexity and practical reality of school life — not just in theory, but in the way schools actually work day to day.

Born from experience

This came from patterns seen inside schools.

Clements & Cox grew out of direct experience in schools regarding how they work and where they come under pressure. Across different schools, the team kept seeing similar frustrations return: systems that did not quite join up, reporting that took too much effort, operational areas that felt too fragile, or specialist responsibilities that mattered deeply but were hard to justify fully in-house.

Rooted in education

Workable matters more than theoretically perfect.

The work is rooted in real familiarity with school context and the practical realities that shape good decisions. In schools, sensible support depends on understanding what people can carry, where pressure tends to build, what implementation actually feels like, and why workable solutions matter more than theoretically perfect ones.

Realistic support

Useful from the start.

When support is shaped by real school understanding, it tends to be more useful from the start. It is more likely to fit how a school actually runs, respect the limits schools are working within, and help people move forward without adding extra friction, unnecessary complexity or change for its own sake.
